Learn Telepathy – What Is Holding You Back?

When you send or receive emotions or thoughts directly from your mind to another’s this is called telepathy. Telepathic communication is a link between the minds of two people in which ideas can be exchanged without using any of the five physical senses. Anyone can learn telepathy with practice; it’s something which is innate in all mankind.

You’ve already used your natural telepathic abilities, although you may not have recognized it as such. One example is the common experience of thinking of a person who you haven’t had any contact from in a long time; and then getting a letter, phone call or email from this person shortly after, sometimes even at the same time that you’re thinking of them!

This wasn’t a coincidence. What happened is that you or the other person initiated some sort of telepathic contact and there was an exchange of thoughts or feelings which one of you sent and the other received.

This person was already meaning to get in touch and the telepathic link gave you a notice that they were thinking of you and that they were going to contact you. Of course, this can also work the other way around; which is why you may call someone you haven’t spoken with in a while and have them tell you that they had just been thinking about you.

A lot of people think that telepathy is entirely mythical and even if not, they think that they couldn’t learn how to use this ability themselves. In most cases, they have some sort of mental block whether this is a religious belief that telepathy belongs to the realm of black magic or the thinking that since there is no definitive proof of the phenomenon that it therefore could not possibly be real.

There are also those who while not skeptical about the idea of telepathy are unconvinced of the value of telepathic communication. We have the power of speech; the reasoning goes, so why would we need this ability? Since it is not something which is generally considered important enough to encourage its development in children, why should one learn to use this natural human ability? The fact is that telepathy is just as useful of a means of communication as are written and spoken language, but it has simply not been made a part of our culture in the way that language has; which does not mean that it is not worth learning.

Telepathy and speech complement each other and when used together, allow you to communicate exactly what you mean. Telepathy can’t always convey everything you want to say, but words can also prove inadequate. Using both of these natural communication abilities lets you be a more complete person and relate better with others.

Learning telepathy is in essence acquiring a new sense which lets you see the world in a different way; in fact, it opens more possibilities to you and gives you a broader perspective. This alone makes telepathy a talent well worth developing.

Partnering up with a close friend who is also interested in learning telepathy is the best way to practice this natural ability. It makes learning easier, quicker and more fun too!

The way to work with a partner is to stay at your respective homes as you practice. You don’t want to be able to see their body language or anything else which may give away what they’re thinking. Both you and your partner should thoroughly relax before you get started, since it’s much harder to communicate telepathically when youre feeling stressed or worried.

You’ll take turns being the sender and receiver. First, visualize your partner clearly and imagine something connecting the two of you. Many choose to visualize a beam of light, but even the image of cans on a string can be helpful ” just pick something which is easy for you to focus on.

The next step is to use this visualized link to send your telepathic communications. Imagine your thoughts traveling over this link and your partner receiving them. Keep your thoughts simple enough to understand, but pick something to send which won’t be easy to guess.

Once you have made your telepathic transmission, call your partner to ask what if anything they have received, then switch places and try to receive a transmission from your partner.

This takes practice and time to develop, so limit your transmission attempts to 15 minutes and rest in between; telepathy can be mentally exhausting when you’re not accustomed to it and you want to prevent yourself from getting frustrated if you don’t succeed right away.

Learning telepathy takes practice, patience, persistence and positivity. Don’t give up and you’ll start being able to use your telepathic abilities soon enough and a whole new world will be open to you.
